The Company will allow its trading platform to be used as a place for clients to trade directly between each other. OTC trades executed through our platform can be done via token with token and fiat with token based on private arrangement between the parties concerned. In such OTC trade, the parties may deal directly with each other with the Company acting as an intermediary party to receive and release the traded tokens or fiat with a nominal fee.

In OTC trade, a seller may quote an Ask Price, either in fiat money or digital currency that a seller is willing to receive in exchange for his digital currency token. While a buyer can state a Bid Price that he is willing to pay for a digital currency token from any seller.
